1. Acceptance By using Tattva Gems, you agree to these terms. We are powered by Shopify. If you don't agree, please do not use the site.

2. Product Accuracy

  • Natural Variation: Since we deal in gemstones, please note that colors and textures may vary slightly from photos. This is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
  • Prices are in INR and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India and select international locations.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds Your purchases are governed by our [Refund Policy Link]. In accordance with Indian Consumer Law, we accept returns for defective or "not as described" items.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and high-res photography are the property of Tattva Gems. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct You may not use our site for any illegal purpose, nor can you use automated tools (bots/scrapers) to access our data.

8. Limitation of Liability Tattva Gems is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

All purchases made on Tattva Gems are at the sole discretion and risk of the customer. Tattva Gems makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the originality, authenticity, astrological efficacy, or metaphysical properties of any gemstone or product listed on this site. It is the customer's responsibility to independently verify any claims before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they are doing so of their own free will and judgment, and Tattva Gems shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction, loss, or harm arising from such decisions.

Any certificates provided with a product - including gemstone grading or authenticity certificates - are shared purely for informational and reference purposes only. Tattva Gems does not guarantee the conclusions, grades, or findings stated in such certificates, and they shall not be construed as a legal warranty, guarantee of value, or binding representation of the product's quality or origin.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Ahmedabad.
